Anita Grant's Organic Burdock Oil macerate is created by infusing Organic Burdock Root in Camellia Kissi oil for 6 months. To ensure the cell membranes of the Organic Burdock are ruptured, releasing the Burdock root properties into the oil.
What does it smell like?: Organic Burdock Root Oil macerate is unscented but has a very mild attractive herbal aroma.

Organic Burdock Root: Chalked full of calcium, potassium, amino acids, mucilage, arcigen, essential oil, flavonoids, iron, inulin, lactone, chlorogenic acid, polyacetylenes (an effective antibacterial and anti-fungal ingredient), resin, tannin, taraxosterol and polyphenols (plant derived natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant). Organic Burdock Root is rich in phytosterols and essential fatty acids (including rare long chain EFAs).
Camellia Kissi: A clear, viscose, light, non greasy, stable anti-oxidant. Contains vitamins A, B, C, E, polyphenols, natural antioxidants to safeguard your skin from damaging UV/environmental exposure and free radicals.
